Nick Potter brings 20 years of property experience in Valuation, Funds Management, Development and Property Derivatives in organisations including MSS Real Estate LLP (Chief Investment Officer), ING Funds Management (Fund Analyst) and Knight Frank (Valuer). He has worked the Australian, UK and Asian real estate markets over this period. 

Nick was most previously Head of Retail Investments for Cushman & Wakefield. In his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Nick has brokered or advised over $2bn of transactions across Retail, PBSA, Data Centers, Office and mixed-use developments.  

Nick holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from UTS, is an Unrestricted Valuer and a Licenced Real Estate Agent. Nick founded Pi Capital Partners in 2010.  

Jack Shaw brings over 10 years of revenue and operational management skills from his time at 2T Tourism Asset Services, Mantra Group and more recently at Pro-Invest Group where he combined this valuable experience with property investment and funds management. 

Jack's operational know how (having previously run a portfolio of over 1,200 keys) and experience in hotel openings where he has had first-hand experience in opening over 10 hotels across in varying capacities. Jack makes sure everything we do at Pi Capital lives up to the highest standards of the biggest names in the business.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Business (International Hotel Management) from Bond University and is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) through Corporate Finance Institute.

Kapil brings nearly two decades of accounting industry experience, with it – strategic insight to how businesses operate. Having originally started off in the hospitality industry, he is currently the Managing Director of an Accounting Practice in Sydney.

Kapil’s foresight and understanding of his client’s businesses has made his clients regard in him as their “Armour” – since he and his team are on the forefront of advice on tax, growth, and statutory accounting and assisting clients future proof their business and themselves personally.

Kapil is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ), having completed his Bachelor of Business Tourism and Hospitality from the International College of Management, Manly and having completed his MBA in Professional Accounting from University of Technology Sydney.

Kupa is a fully qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), having completed his Bachelor of Commerce – Professional Accounting and a Master of Commerce – Advanced Professional Accounting, from the University of Macquarie Sydney.
