It is with great pleasure that we announce the settlement and soft opening of Hotel TOTTO in Wollongong. A newly refurbished lifestyle hotel of 150 keys and prominent F&B offering in the heart of Wollongong CBD.

After securing the property in December 2022 we were able to exchange with early access to enable our repositioning of the asset allowing us to open the property for UCI Road World Championships over September 2022 and completely transform the property over that period.

We would like to thank the RCCI, Level Built, Premier Displays, Passive First, Reign In Design Commercial Kitchens and Equipment , Place Studio AU and all the sub contractors for delivering an exceptional product to the Wollongong market.

Congratulations to EVT - Entertainment | Ventures | Travel on their appointment as Hotel Operators and thank you for the hard in getting the hotel into shape with us. We look forward to driving great outcomes from the property in the years to come.
